Puerto La Cruz, Venezeula back when photos were a bit grainier and my photography skills were not so good (and I appear to have only 1 photo of a bus!) This was taken in 2006 during the time when Manuel Rosales was running against Chavez in the presidential election. He has subsequently had to leave Venezuela (charged with corruption).
