Movies are made to be seen
Another Canal+ ad. They seem like a silly idea but the concept really works.

Greenpeace
PART II
There's plenty more fish in the sea. (But perhaps not for long).
A while ago I posted about Project Ocean and the problems with over fishing. Its a huge issue and I really think its something that people take for granted. Greenpeace have now brought to light the issues with illegal fishing...its shocked me to hear that the EU is subsidising illegal fishing! Please watch the video to see what Greenpeace is doing to bring attention to the damage being done to the world's oceans and marine ecosystems and follow the link at greenpeace.org.uk/oceans. This really is something everyone should be aware of...pass the message on before its too late. You don't miss something until it's gone, but lets not wait for that. Educate yourself....

Richard Wilson
The Saatchi Gallery. This sort of installation art isn't usually my thing (I like art to have more detail). But this exhibition from Richard Wilson is an exception. A while ago I mentioned it but you really have to go and see it in the flesh to understand it. My sister and I stood in the room for about 15 minutes before we realised we weren't just standing in an empty room...definitley worth a visit.

David Yarrow - Nowhere
Some of David Yarrow's photographs were featured in the metro this morning. I like the eerie supernatural look of the photographs...I would loooooove to have one of these images stretched onto a large canvas to put on my wall. Christmas present??

Imperial War Museum
I have a book of 1000 things to do in London (thank you M) and me and Rach have made a list of top things we want to do. The Imperial War Museum is on the list so we need to make our way south of the river for a visit. They have just gone done some rebranding, I have to say I think I prefer the art deco vibe of the old one.
